Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification email once your order has shipped, containing your carrier tracking number.

  • High-volume periods or promotional sales may occasionally affect processing times; if a significant delay occurs, we will reach out to you directly.

Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email provided during checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s portal.

Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please carefully double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Address Adjustments: If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the destination address.
